VisionPlus Developer
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (6 Months, Extendable)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced VisionPLUS Developer to join our team supporting key projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in VisionPLUS modules and should be well-versed in credit card domain functionalities, system integration, and payment processing platforms
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain applications built on VisionPLUS (CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, CTS, etc.)
- Work closely with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers to deliver robust and scalable payment solutions
- Perform system analysis, requirement gathering, and impact analysis for change requests
- Develop and maintain batch and online programs, COBOL/JCL, and VisionPLUS exits
- Participate in system testing, integration testing, and performance tuning
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within defined SLAs
- Follow coding standards and best practices for secure and scalable development
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years of hands-on development experience in VisionPLUS
- Proficient in COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM
- Strong experience in one or more of the following VisionPLUS modules : CMS, FAS, TRAMS, MBS, ITS, etc.
- Working knowledge of VisionPLUS exits, user exits, and enhancements
- Experience in payment card processing or credit card domain is a must
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
