About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce LWC Developer to join our team and drive the development and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, with expertise in Sales Cloud, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. This is a contract role with the potential for extension based on performance and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
- Leverage Sales Cloud features and configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and reports/dashboards.
- Write, test, and deploy high-performance, reusable, and scalable Apex code.
- Develop and customize Lightning Components (LWC & Aura) to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience.
- Design data models and implement Salesforce objects, including custom objects, fields, and relationships.
- Optimize Salesforce applications through code optimization, modular development, lazy loading, query analysis, caching, and asynchronous workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with designers and engineers to implement front-end and back-end requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues for end users.
- Participate in Agile processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and ensure code maintainability.
- Stay updated on Salesforce trends, releases, and new features to ensure product compatibility.
- Enforce Salesforce best practices and coding standards for reusability, maintainability, and performance.
- Implement unit and integration testing to ensure system functionality.
- Use tools like Jira and Confluence for project management and communication.
Required Qualifications:
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development, including Sales Cloud, LWC, Aura, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Strong proficiency in web programming: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in developing custom solutions on Salesforce, including LWC, Aura Components, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Visualforce, and SOQL.
- Experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and custom connectors.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with object-oriented programming and Salesforce data modeling best practices.
- Proficiency in Agile development environments and tools like Jira.
- Awareness of Security, DevSecOps, and Agile principles.
- Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
